Today we are going to talk about ceramic floor tiles, these are amongst the many products we supply. A ceramic tile commonly used for floors and showers but it is very versatile and can be installed on virtually any surface, including walls.
Here are a few of the ceramic tiles’ advantages that could make the difference when you have to choose between this particular type and any other:
Maintenance:
Ceramic floor tiles need only a basic cleaning approach to look great. Unlike other more pretentious surfaces (e.g. wood floors that needs polishing), a ceramic floor is easy to care for. All you need is a mop (rag or sponge) and a brush.
Moreover, the ceramic floor tiles are resistant to stains and odours, unlike carpets for example.
Moisture and fire resistance:
The dense body of a ceramic floor tile will not allow moisture to accumulate. Also, the ceramic doesn’t burn or emit fumes.
Because of their resistance to heat, ceramic tiles can be used for countertops, where hot pots can be placed without producing any damage to the surface.
Unlimited designs:
With its wide variety of colours and patterns, ceramic generates unlimited design options. The ceramic colour is not consistent, but this gives your floor charm and personality.
One of the greatest advantages of ceramic floor tiles is the colour permanence.
Durability:
Ceramic floor tiles are ideal for high traffic areas as they are very resistant. If this kind of floor tiles is installed and maintained properly, your floor will last a lifetime.
